How do you source products?
Handled With Care is not a producer, and only sells products manufactured by outside companies. We stock brands that can provide QA results for allergen testing, or who pride themselves on being "allergy-friendly" companies.
Are your products vegan?
Some of the products we sell are vegan, but not all. Those that are certified vegan will be listed as such on the product page. For information about ingredients of a specific product, refer to the description of that product and to the ingredients printed on the package. We always include a link back to the manufacturer's website so that you may verify or learn more about this information.
Are your products certified nut-free?
We do not sell any products that contain nuts, excluding coconut. We have obtained allergen statements from manufacturers that do not have allergy information readily available on their websites.
Are your products gluten-free?
We do sell many gluten-free products, however not all of our products are gluten-free. For information about ingredients of a specific product, refer to the description of that product and to the ingredients printed on the package. We always include a link back to the manufacturer's website so that you may verify or learn more about this information.
Are your products top 8 allergen-free?
There are 8 top allergens recognized in North America. We sell many products that are free from the top 8 food allergens, however not all of our products are "top 8 free". It is important to remember that anything can be a potential allergen. As such, we source products from companies that are "allergy friendly" and can claim to be free from a combination of top allergens.
